1. What Be30X does

Be30X reads a website or app link you give us, builds a profile of that business, and generates a month of social-media content — short videos and carousels — using AI and licensed stock media. You review, download and publish what it makes; publishing is done by you unless a feature says otherwise.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Sign in with Google or a magic link sent to a real, non-disposable email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login private. One person per account; you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are shown on the pricing page with their price, what they include (how many posts a month and how they split between videos and carousels) and how often they bill. Some plans bill monthly; some bill once for six months. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle your card details, taxes and invoices; the charge on your statement may show their name. We never see or store your full card number.

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to what you paid for until the end of the current period. Switching plans takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated.

4. 3-day refund policy

Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of being charged. That applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike. Email support@be30x.com from your account email with the word “refund” and we will process it through Dodo Payments to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 3 days a payment is final and the plan runs to the end of its period. Refunds are for the payment itself; content you already generated and downloaded stays yours. We may decline a refund where the policy is being used to generate a month of content repeatedly for free.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a fixed number of posts per month, split between videos and carousels, with the split shown on the plan. Limits reset with each monthly cycle of your plan and do not roll over. When a limit is reached, generation pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade; nothing you already made is removed.

6. Your content and ours

You own the content Be30X generates for your account and may use it commercially for the business it was made for. Stock footage, photos, graphics and music come from Pexels, Pixabay and similar libraries under their own free commercial licences; you agree to those licences when you use the content. Our software, designs, themes and brand remain ours.

You confirm you have the right to give us the website or app link you submit and that generating content about it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

7. AI-generated content

Content is produced by AI models from what your website says. It can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your audience. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post, including claims about your own product, and for complying with the rules of the platforms you post to.

8. Acceptable use

• No content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or that targets an individual.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering or reselling the service or its output as a competing product.
• No sharing accounts, circumventing limits, or interfering with the service or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with a refund for unused time at our discretion.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Be30X running, but it is provided “as is” and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any post will reach a particular audience or result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; when the change matters we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use Be30X after that means you accept it. Questions go to support@be30x.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
