Privacy Policy
This explains what Be30X collects when you use it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what the product actually needs.
1. What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. We use them to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
- The websites you analyze. The URL you submit, the public text we read from it, and the business profile we derive (product, audience, tone). We do not store the raw HTML.
- What we generate. The content briefs, videos and carousels made for your account, and the record of what you kept, skipped or downloaded.
- Plan and usage. Which plan you are on, when it renews, and how many posts you generated in the current cycle.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) used for security and debugging, kept briefly.
We do not collect card numbers. Payment details go directly to Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we only receive the status of your subscription and an identifier for it.
2. How we use it
- To run the product: analyze your site, generate your month, enforce your plan’s limits.
- To bill you and to show you what you have paid for.
- To send transactional email — sign-in links and important notices about your account or plan.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services that make the product work, and only what each needs:
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
- Vercel — hosts the application.
- AI providers (Google AI and compatible model endpoints) — receive the public text of the website you submit and the derived profile, to write the content. They receive no account details.
- Pexels and Pixabay — receive search terms describing the visuals we need, never your data.
- Dodo Payments — processes payments and receives your email, name, and the plan you chose.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the service and its users.
4. Cookies
We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences for the app (such as a selected filter) on your device.
5. How long we keep it
Account data and generated content stay while your account exists. Website analyses are cached for a short period so re-analyzing the same site does not repeat the work. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a few weeks.
6. Your choices
- You can see and download everything generated for you from inside the app.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data by emailing support@be30x.com. We act on deletion requests within 30 days, except for billing records we must keep.
- You can cancel your plan at any time from Plan & billing.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection rights, those rights apply to you and you can exercise them the same way.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with a provider that encrypts it at rest, and access is limited to what the service needs. Row-level rules mean one account cannot read another’s data. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you.
8. Children
Be30X is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes and contact
When this policy changes in a way that matters we will say so in the app or by email. Questions and requests: support@be30x.com. See also our Terms of Service, including the 3-day refund policy.
